After that Thanksgiving Dinner!, ever wonder why do you feel so sleepy?!
Blame on the tryptophan, a molecule found in your TURKEY! It induces satisfaction and sleepiness. It is used to aid insomnia as well as mood disorder (makes you feel good!). So basically it makes you feel great and prepares you to have fun shopping for Black Friday!!lol
On a serious aspect this link above makes me proud of the Philippines for taking active role for true optimal health as well as supporter for Dr. Mercola who contiually educate his patients and others as well.

I thought this might be helpful for everyone. Since the media has placed a lot of emphasis on Swine Flu. According to Dr. Carolyn Dean, a Naturophatic Physician as well as a Medical Doctor:
The swine flu has proven to be LESS harmful than the common flu virus (which kills 36,000 people worldwide, each year, according to the Center for Disease Control). Nonetheless, the fear-mongering continues. Predictions of dire mutations coming with the next flu season still echo through mainstream media.
The fact so many people get the flu before winter can probably be prevented by supplementing with vitamin D (not Tamilflu). Also, make sure you still get outside and exercise even though the weather isn’t as warm.
First, if your immune system is a wreck from lack of exercise, excess weight, toxic diet, not enough time outdoors and too many chemical additives saturating every aspect of your life… you’re going to be more vulnerable. Your immune system is already on overload. ( Nichelle: I know this may sound too generalized but it starts from here).
(Nichelle) In conclusion, its one’s susceptibility that can make a difference. Lets make wise choices in order to be less susceptible and begin a healthy lifesyle that is meant for us to enjoy.
